You will be contacted by our representatives as soon as the request is received and processed. Requests submitted after 4:30 p.m. (EST) may not be processed until the next business day.
*Please Note: If your unit is under manufacturer's warranty you must include the purchase date, model number, and serial number to avoid any delays in service. Both the model and serial numbers are commonly located on the same label either on the rear of the unit or the interior frame. Notify us if you are having problems locating this information and we will try to help. Proof of purchase in the form of a copy of the original purchase receipt, with the unit model number and purchase date clearly displayed, will also be required for items under manufacturer's warranty before services are rendered. You may either e-mail, fax, bring it in, or prepare it for pick-up by our technician at the time of your initial service call.
